Comstar United Telesystems provides publicly available voice communications services using its own Payphone Network, which is second-largest (to the MGTS’) in Moscow.
The Comstar United Telesystems’ Payphones, installed at the busiest locations, allow making local, national and international calls. They are installed in special booths, in which a set of information materials is available, and are equipped with the 01, 02 and 03 buttons to call the Emergency Services.
Each Payphone gives a free access to the Comstar United Telesystems Operator-Assisted Service, available 24Ч7Ч365, and supports various foreign languages: English, French, German and Spanish.
The Payphone accepts credit cards, pre-paid cards and bank cards of the main payment systems as a means of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club International. The Call Cards are inter-operable between the Comstar United Telesystems and MGTS Payphone Networks.
